Testimonials

The three days spent in the program were an intense and extremely valuable experience. I received solid know-how about communication, crisis management, public speaking, governance, leadership, and many other perspectives that challenge you to evolve both professionally and personally.

We have met dedicated, competent and honest people — people whom we do not see daily in the spotlight, but who strongly believe in a better Romania and are willing to actively contribute to this change.

I strongly recommend that everyone who wants to be part of an authentic community, made up of people who believe in transformation and want to become the leaders of tomorrow — the leaders that Romania needs — participate in this program.

What pleases me the most is that this experience does not end here. A strong community is emerging, united by the desire to change the paradigm in which we live.

🙏 Thanks and congratulations, Oana Babagianu, for the extraordinary initiative, Sebastian Burduja for support and inspiration, and to the entire team behind the project, who managed to make something seemingly impossible possible in such a short time.
