ROMANIA FUTURE MISSION
Our mission is to form a new generation of authentic leaders, based on three fundamental values: competence, character and courage.
We value the power of example through integrity and patriotism, critical thinking and effective communication. Romania no longer has time for experiments, imposture and nepotism. Either it will be for real and on merit, or it will not be at all.
Future Romania is the only bilingual (Romanian-English) public leadership academy, connected to top academic networks, capable of reaching beyond today's Romanian realities.
Our experts include teachers and practitioners with proven results, both abroad and in the local public environment. The selection process for participants is extremely rigorous (application file, interview, personal assessment).
