TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

1. General terms<\/strong>
By accessing and using the Future Romania mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the \u201eApplication\u201d),
confirm that you agree and are bound by the Terms and Conditions presented below.
These terms apply to all interactions with the Application and any communications between
you and the Vintil\u0103 Br\u0103tianu Association (hereinafter referred to as \u201eFuture Romania\u201d, \u201ewe\u201d or
\u201eour.
Future Romania is a non-profit organization established in accordance with Romanian law, headquartered in
Str. Viitorului no. 134, Building A, ground floor, apt. 02, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania, VAT ID 49750951. The application
this is the digital platform of the \u201eFuture Romania \u2013 Public Leadership Program\u201d community\u201d
(hereinafter referred to as the \u201eProgram\u201d). The application is provided free of charge and does not involve transactions
sales, payments, orders or purchases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Romania shall not be liable for
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data,
results from the use or inability to use the Application, even if Future Romania has
warned of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>


2. Definitions<\/strong>
Application\/App: the Future Romania mobile app for iOS and Android devices. Provider of
Services \/ Data controller: Vintil\u0103 Br\u0103tianu Association, Fiscal Code 49750951, Bucharest, Romania.
Program: \u201eFuture Romania - Public Leadership Program.\u201d User \/ You: o
person registered with Future Romania who uses the Application. Personal data:
any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in accordance with Article 4, point 1

3. License<\/strong>
Future Romania grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to
download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By
using the App, you express your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you

4. Restrictions<\/strong>
You agree not to and will not allow others to: license, sell, rent, assign, distribute,
transmit, host, outsource, disclose or commercially exploit the Application; to
modify, disassemble, decrypt, decompile, or reverse engineer
to any part of the Application; to remove, modify, or conceal any proprietary notice
(including copyright or trademarks) of Future Romania or its partners.<\/p>


5. Acceptable use<\/strong>
The application is designed exclusively for alumni networking and community engagement.

self-marketing; unsolicited advertising or spam; aggressive recruiting; sharing illegal content,
defamatory, harassing, or inappropriate; any purpose incompatible with the values of the Program. The violation

6. Community profile and functionalities<\/strong>
By creating an account, certain profile data becomes visible to other active users: the name,
profile picture (if uploaded), Program edition, professional field\/position (if
you completed them) and the city\/country. The e-mail and phone number are displayed only if you opt for
their visibility from privacy settings. The messaging (chat) functionality allows
direct communication between active users. The content of the messages is not monitored by the Provider
Services.<\/p>


7. Account deletion<\/strong>
You can delete the account at any time, directly from the Application or by contacting dpo@futureromania.ro.
Upon deletion: your profile and personal data will be removed and will no longer be visible to other users;
personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data kept in
basis of legal obligations (accounting, archiving). You may also terminate this Agreement
by deleting the application from the device.<\/p>


8. Intellectual property<\/strong>
The application and its entire content, functionality, and features are the property of Future Romania,
of its licensors or other suppliers, and are protected by Romanian and international law
regarding intellectual property. The material cannot be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or
distributed without the prior written consent of Future Romania.<\/p>


9. Third-party services<\/strong>
The application uses the following third-party services: Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase
and Firebase Crashlytics. Each has its own terms and privacy policies. Future Romania
is not responsible for any third-party services. Third-party services are provided exclusively for
convenience, and their access and use are at your own risk.<\/p>


10. Updates and modifications<\/strong>
Future Romania may update the Application periodically (patches, bug fixes, new features). You
forced to accept the updates offered. Future Romania reserves the right to modify or
suspend the Application at any time. In the event of definitive termination, Future Romania will ensure
reasonable notice as far as possible.<\/p>


11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
The application is provided \u201eAS IS\u201d and \u201eAS AVAILABLE\u201d, without warranties of any kind. In
maximum limit permitted by applicable law, Future Romania disclaims all warranties, express or
implicit. Under no circumstances will Future Romania be liable for special, incidental damages,
indirect or consequential arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.<\/p>


12. Indemnity<\/strong>
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Romania
of any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from: the use
Your use of the application in violation of these Terms; or the violation of any right of
to a third party.<\/p>


13. Duration and termination<\/strong>
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by
Future Romania. Future Romania may suspend or terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without
reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you shall cease any use of the Application and delete it from
device.<\/p>


14. Divisibility<\/strong>
If any provision of this Agreement is declared unenforceable, it shall be modified to
the minimum necessary measure, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and in force.<\/p>


15. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in
connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.<\/p>


16. Changes to these Terms<\/strong>
Future Romania reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For
substantial changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through the App. Through
continued use of the Application after the entry into force of the changes constitutes your agreement to
